1) A US Navy officer’s cap badge constructed of 10K Gold filled silver, shows a silver American eagle perched on a shield insignia mounted to two crossed fouled anchors, reverse presents dual screwbacks, the eagle’s reverse marked “GEMSCO” and the anchor’s reverse marked “1/20 10K GF,” measures 64.17 mm (w) x 64.02 mm (h), and in near extremely fine condition.
2) A US Navy side cap badge constructed of sterling silver, shows a silver American eagle perched on a shield insignia mounted to two crossed fouled anchors, reverse presents a horizontal pinback, the eagle’s reverse shows a maker mark initials “H H” inside a bird shaped logo and “STERLING,” the anchor’s reverse shows maker mark initials “H H” and “1/20 10K +STER,” measures 26.88 mm (w) x 26.43 mm (h), and in extremely fine condition.
