In silver with black and white enamels, measuring 38.5 mm in diameter, intact enamels, the insignia slightly loose versus the base, on its original bow-tied ribbon with pinback marked "SPINK & SON Ltd. / 5.KING.St.S.W.1", near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, black pebbled exterior, black satin lined inside lid with a sticker affixed inscribed "Order of St. John / Serving Sister 1946 / Mrs. Myra B. Bruce (nee Black), black felt recessed medal bed, measuring 123.5 mm (w) x 110 mm (h) x 27 mm (d), scuff mark on the lid, case also near extremely fine.
Footnote: Serving Sister, Mrs. Myra B. Bruce (nee Black) received her Order in 1946. She died on March 16, 1975.
