1. A 1938 reissue of “H: IN DER KARIKATUR DER WELT” (“H: IN THE CARTOONS OF THE WORLD”), constructed of a card stock binding retaining an original dust jacket and with 157 paginated interior pages, the content consisting of an unusual Third Reich-era publication featuring an array of derogatory cartoon and caricatures of AH and the NSDAP, with a particular emphasis on political ideology and outcomes, contrasting the negative tone of the cartoons with the positive outcomes of AH’s leadership and the NSDAP in power, originally edited by Ernst Hanfstangl but reissued with his credit omitted following his fall from favour and defection to the United States, initially published on 19 September 1933 by Verlag Braune Bücher Berlin Carl Rentsch, measuring 18.5 cm (w) x 25 cm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
2. A 1939 edition of “H IN BÖHMEN, MÄHREN, MEMEL” (“H IN BOHEMIA, MORAVIA, MEMEL”), constructed of a card stock binding with non-paginated interior pages, the content consisting of a forward by Reichsminister Joachim von Ribbentrop followed by an array of black-and-white photos of the occupation of Bohemia, Moravia, and Memel, including many depictions of AH, as well as Wehrmacht and NSDAP officials on parade, supplemented by images of important sites, published in 1939 by Zeitgeschichte-Verlag, Berlin, measuring 19.5 cm (w) x 27 cm (h), missing its dust jacket and with minor material fatigue evident, in near extremely fine condition.
