Germany, Third Reich. A Mixed Lot of Insignia

(Insignien). A mixed lot of insignia, including:

1. Two pairs of matching Heer Panzer Troops collar tab Totenkopf devices, all constructed of magnetic metal and configured for sew-on attachment, all unmarked and measuring 23 mm (w) x 20 mm (h), in overall better than very fine condition.

2. A Luftwaffe EM/NCO’s breast eagle, constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 88 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), demonstrating moderate soiling and material fatigue, in uniform-removed and very fine condition.

3. An HJ Flak Helper breast insignia, constructed of a black rayon base with blue machine embroidery, unmarked, measuring 80 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in uniform-removed and near extremely fine condition.

4. A Sturmabteilung (SA) cap edelweiss, constructed of aluminum and magnetic metal, the reverse marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/148” for Heinrich Ulbrichts Witwe, Vienna, measuring 25 mm (w) x 50 mm (l), a badge issued to Bavarian and Austrian SA units in near mint condition.
