The two men in the middle are wearing caps of the NSBO, the Nationalsozialistische Betriebszellenorganisation (National Socialist Factory Cell Organization). It was established as a national socialist labour union in 1928 and was absorbed into the German Labour Front in 1935.
The second picture (23.6 x 18.4 cm) shows the celebration of the homecoming from the 100th journey of Kraft durch Freude (Strength through Joy) ship “Der Deutsche”. “Kraft durch Freude” was a German Labour Front leisure program for workers that was especially popular for their affordable cruises.
