Two-piece construction bronze, maker marked "B.H. MAYER PFORZHEIM" on the reverse, illustrating the Deutsche Werke Kiel insignia surrounded by a wreath of oak leaves, 17 mm, on a 50 mm pin, extremely fine. Accompanied by a Badge of Honour Award Document (dated May 1, 1939, to Michael Eichhorn, a worker at the Kiel Shipyard, printed in black and green inks on off-white paper, two hole punched in the left margin, 147 mm x 210 mm); German Works Kiel Christmas 1939 Gift Card Folder (dedicated to workers and co-workers for the construction of the Heavy Cruiser Blücher, with seven cards: one for the production of the Heavy Cruiser Blücher, illustrating the coat-of-arms of Count Blücher, Prince of Wahlstatt, printed in six colours on an off-white card stock, 148 mm x 210 mm, lightly soiled; six company production cards, printed in black and white on an off-white card stock, entitled "Schwerer Kreuzer Blücher" (Heavy Cruiser Blücher), "U-Boot im Sonnenglanz" (Submarine in Sunshine), "Schiffbauhalle" (Ship Construction Hall), "Gross Maschinenbauhalle" (Big Machine Hall), "Schnellbootsshafen" (Fast Boat Moorings) and "Das Ehrenmal des Werkes Kiel" (The Kiel Plant Memorial), 148 mm x 210 mm each, in a folder inscribed "Deutsche Werke Kiel Aktiengesellschaft / Weihnachten 1939" (German Works Kiel Corporation / Christmas 1939), with a nighttime photo of the plant's clock tower and the plant's insignia on the front cover, printed in green and black inks on an off-white card stock, 150 mm x 213 mm, exhibiting soiling).
