An exceptionally small miniature set of four French decoration, worn on a silver gilt bar with four ribbons, reverse presents a horizontal bar for ribbon attachment, bar measures 38.06mm (w) x 5.90mm (h – excluding rings), bar with miniatures weighs 4.5 grams, marked with two eagle head/boars head mixed hallmarks on base of bar denoting small articles of mixed carat, marked on the interior pebbled field with a silver crab mark denoting silver fineness of .800 from 1838- present, also marked with a partial hallmark, likely a Fleur de Lys, light overall wear, ribbons intact, very fine condition. The decoration are as follows:
An Order of Saint Louis in Gold, presenting a white enamelled Maltese cross with Fleur-De-Lys in each quadrant, the center presents the figure of St. Louis surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed LUD M INST 1693, the reverse presents a wreath with a sword surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed BELL. VIRTUTIS PRAEM, measures 9.73mm (w) x 15.60mm (h – including floral suspension), light wear to enamel, very fine condition.
A Decoration of the Lily, Silver Fleur-De-Lys, composed of silver, suspended from a royal crown, measures 7.60mm (w) x 16.45mm (h – including crown suspension and integral ring), dark patina, very fine condition.
A Legion of Honour (Type III, Second Restoration, 1816-1830). Composed of silver, with white, green and blue enamels, the obverse centerpiece in Gold depicts the profile of Henri VI, the reverse centerpiece in Gold depicts three Fleur-De-Lys, measures 9.75mm (w) x 15.60mm (h – including crown suspension), dark patina, light wear to enamels, very fine condition.
Hohenlohe. An Order of the Pheonix, in Gold, a white enamelled cross with the inscription EX FLAM CLA on the obverse arms, the center medallion features a white enamelled phoenix, the reverse presents the enamelled monogram of Prince Philipp Ernst I, and the arms mirror the obverse, measures 9.65mm (w) x 14.45mm (h), light wear, very fine condition.
