Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta, Grand Cross Case: hardshelled, wooden-framed, red pebbled exterior on five sides, thatched-look bottom, lid bearing the Order's insignia, inside lid lined in white satin, padded, exhibiting the impression of the award and maker marked "A.G. MERLI ROMA", base lined in maroon felt and incorporating a raised platform with a recessed medal bed in maroon felt, push release, measuring 104 mm in width x 190 mm in height x 37 mm in depth, exhibiting scuffing, wear and soiling on the exterior, along with light soiling on the white satin of the inside lid. 

2. Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta, Commander Case: hardshelled, wooden-framed, red pebbled exterior on five sides, thatched-look bottom, lid bearing the Order's insignia, inside lid lined in white satin, padded, exhibiting the impression of the award and maker marked "A.G. MERLI ROMA", base lined in maroon felt and incorporating a raised platform with a recessed medal bed in deep maroon felt, push release, measuring 76.3 mm in width x 147 mm in height x 29 mm in depth, exhibiting wear and soiling on the exterior, along with weakness on the hinged area. 

3. Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta, Merit Medal Case: hardshelled, wooden-framed, red dimpled exterior on five sides, black pebbled bottom with a vintage label affixed inscribed in black ink "Merli", lid bearing the Order's insignia, inside lid lined in white satin, padded and exhibiting the impression of the award, white cardboard insert placed within the base and housing a black felt recessed medal bed, push release, measuring 59 mm in width x 110.5 mm in height x 23 in depth, light soiling present on the lid, scuffing and wear evident on the bottom. 

4. Order of the Crown of Italy, Commander Case: hardshelled, wooden-framed, red dimpled exterior on all six sides, crowned cypher of King Victor Emmanuel III (reign: 1900-1946) on the lid, inside lid lined in white cotton, padded and maker marked "L. RAVIOLO E. GARDINO SUCCESSORI Dco CRAVANZOLA PROV. DELLA R. CASA E R.R. MINISTERI CORSO. UMBERTO I 338.339.540 ROMA", white cardboard insert placed within the base and housing a black felt recessed medal bed, measuring 79 mm in width x 134.5 mm in height x 23 in depth, the exterior exhibiting extensive wear and soiling, sunning on the lid, with surface rust and greening evident on the bronze gilt fixture and push release, the lid and base experiencing separation, the interior with soiling in the base.
