This is an honest, well worn example of a period second war Hungarian tunic exhibiting the rank of Szakaszvezető. Manufactured in standard olive cotton, with five bronze gilt buttons along the front and matching on all four pockets. Scalloped pockets with bottom right showing period stitching repair. Green felt collar tabs with three heavily embordered stars denoting the rank of Szakaszvezető. Double bread shoulder board with button. Collar with single hook and eye. The interior displays wear true to wartime use, with heavily worn interior reinforcements.
