Bulgaria, Kingdom. An Order of Civil Merit, V Class

(Орден за гражданска заслуга). Instituted on August 2nd, 1891 by Prince Ferdinand I. Type II (1908-1944). In frosted silver, an arrow cross with white enamel arms and oak leaf branches in each quadrants, the obverse center presenting the monogram of the founder Knyaz Ferdinand I on a red enameled background, surrounded by a white enamel ring inscribed ЗА граждански ЗАСЛУГА (For Civil Merit), reverse centre presenting the crowned Bulgarian Lion on red enameled background, with surround presenting the orders institution date, measuring 51.6 mm (w) x 55.2 mm (l), enamels intact, original trifold ribbon, very fine condition. 

Accompanied by a IV Class Case, as denoted by inscription on the lid and the medalbed imprint which includes a crown and rosette on the lid, measures 70 mm (w) x 133 mm (h), functional clasp and hinge, scuffing to the exterior, very fine condition.
