(Zerschlagung der Tschechoslowakei Pressefotos). A lot of five press photos depicting key figures and events in the 1938 annexation of the Sudetenland, including:
1. A large photo printed on glossy paper, depicting AH and Konrad Henlein on the balcony of Friedland Town Hall on the occasion of a speech to assembled citizens, the reverse retaining an Atlantic Photo stamp and label featuring a typewritten description of the scene, with the photo captured on 6 October 1938 and published the following day, measuring 166 mm (w) x 220 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
2. A large photo printed on glossy paper, depicting Konrad Henlein and Karl Hermann Frank in the Sudetenland, the reverse retaining an Atlantic Photo stamp and label featuring a typewritten description of the scene, with the photo captured on 9 November 1938 and published on the same day, measuring 166 mm (w) x 220 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
3. A small photo printed on glossy paper depicting, Konrad Henlein signing documents officially transferring control of the Sudetenland to Germany, the reverse retaining a label credit to a reporter named “DAINKO” with a typewritten description of the image and bearing a Vienna studio stamp, measuring 182 mm (w) x 128 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
4. A small photo printed on glossy paper, depicting Konrad Henlein delivering a speech to an assembly of NSDAP and SS personnel, the reverse bearing a Vienna studio stamp, measuring 180 mm (w) x 128 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
5.
