A matching Kampfgeschwader 154 Boelcke mess hall cup and saucer set, each constructed of glazed pale blue porcelain, the base of each maker marked with the logo of Fürstenberg Porcelain, and stamped with an additional mark of “GESCHWADER BOELCKE 1936” above a droptail-style Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the saucer measuring 110 mm in diameter, the cup measuring 85 mm (w) (inclusive of handle) x 42 mm (h), with a chip evident to the edge of the sauce and a visible crack extending throughout the height of the cup, an early and matching set in very fine condition.
