(Orden rada). Instituted in 1945. Three-piece construction, in silver gilt with red and white enamels, marked "I" (First Class), number impressed "433", partially hallmarked and maker marked and on the reverse, measuring 43.8 mm (w) x 49.5 mm (h), maker marked "IKOM ZAGREB" on the dual screwbacks, light contact, intact enamels, near extremely fine. Accompanied by its 36 mm (w) x 9.3 mm (h) Ribbon Bar, in its hardshelled case of issue, red textured paper exterior on five sides, inscribed "ORDEN RADA I. REDA" in gold-coloured ink on the lid, inside lid in light purple rayon and padded, base with a recessed medal bed in light purple rayon, measuring 71 mm (w) x 86.5 mm (h) x 33 mm (d), scuffing, wear, light soiling and tape repair evident on the exterior, case near fine.
The award document illustrates the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia coat-of-arms in navy blue at the top, inscribed below "UKAZOM / PREDSEDNIKA FEDERATIVNE NARODNE REPUBLIKE JUGOSLAVIJE JOSIPA BROZA TITA BROJ / 134 OD 26 decembra 1960 GODINE / za naročite zasluge stečene na radu od značaja za socijalistički zazvitak zemlje, a povodom puštamja u saobraćaj mosta u Maslenici na Jadranskoj magistrali kod Zadra / ODLIKOVAN JE /Ing. Vojislav A. Draganić /ORDENOM / RADA I REDA / O ĆEMU SE IZDAJE OVA POVELJA / KANCELARIJA ORDENA / U BEOGRADU 26 decembra 1960 GODINE / ŠEF KANCELARIJE ORDENA / Marko Vučković" (By Decree of the President of the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia Josip Broz Tito / No. 134 of December 26, 1960 / for special merits gained at work of importance for the socialist development of the country and on the occasion of the opening of the bridge in Maslenica on the Adriatic highway near Zadar / Awarded to Engineer Vojislav A. The body of the text is in navy blue and red inks, the handwritten personalized inscriptions in black ink, printed in four-colour inks, on a thick off-white paper stock, incorporating a red, white and blue cord fed through four holes in the document and inserted into two locations in the polished wood seal, the ends of the cord protruding from the opposite end of the seal and designed with frayed ends, the seal measuring 66.5 mm in diameter x 17.5 mm in depth, the document exhibiting curling and measuring 342 mm (w) x 492 mm (h). The document is housed in its presentation tube with a red exterior that exhibits an embossed ornate design throughout, the front panel bearing the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia coat-of-arms above the inscription "KANCELARIJA ORDENA" (Office of the Order), the tube composed of three pieces that includes the body of the tube and its cap, with the core lining in white cardboard, measuring 82 mm in diameter x 393 mm in length. Extremely fine.

It was awarded for outstanding contributions to the economy, production and building communism, in three grades: Order of Labour with Red Banner (I Class), Order of Labour with Gold Wreath (II Class) and Order of Labour with Silver Wreath (III Class).
