HANCOCK", reverse illustrating the spread-winged eagle above the inscription "INAUGURATED PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA JANUARY 20 1953", within a full wreath of laurel leaves, measuring 70 mm in diameter, contact marks and surface wear evident on Eisenhower's head, spotting on the reverse).
