In bronze gilt with green enamels, measuring 39.3 mm (w) x 57 mm (h) inclusive of its eagle and VALOR suspension, inscribed "THE CONGRESS TO" on the reverse of the suspension, on a period original full-length neck ribbon with horizontal octagonal thirteen star cravat pad sewn in place, triple snap closure, intact enamels, extremely fine. Accompanied by its 35.5 mm (w) x 10 mm (h) Ribbon Bar and its 13.2 mm (w) x 12.3 mm (h) Rosette with push pin attachment, in its hardshelled case of issue, pebbled exterior, inscribed "MEDAL OF HONOR" on the lid, case measuring 111 mm (w) x 180 mm (h) x 28 mm (d), case extremely fine.
