Accompanied by its 35.5 mm (w) x 10 mm (h) Ribbon Bar and its 13.2 mm (w) x 12.3 mm (h) Rosette with push pin attachment, in its hardshelled case of issue, smooth exterior, inscribed "MEDAL OF HONOR" on the lid, case measuring 111 mm (w) x 180 mm (h) x 30 mm (d), case extremely fine.
