Footnote: James Earl Carter Junior (born October 1st, 1924) is an American politician and humanitarian who served as the 39th President of the United States from 1977 to 1981. Cyrus Roberts Vance Senior (March 27th 1917 to January 12, 2002) was an American lawyer and United States Secretary of State under President Jimmy Carter from 1977 to 1980. He also served as the United States Deputy Secretary of Defence in the Lyndon B. Johnson administration. Zbigniew Brzezinski (March 28th 1928 - May 26th, 2017), more commonly known as Zbig, was a Polish-American diplomat, serving as counselor to President Johnson from 1966 to 1968. He was also President Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor from 1977 to 1981.
