Co. PHILA" (Bailey, Banks and Biddle of Philadelphia), obverse illustrating a spread-winged eagle bearing a ribbon banner in its mouth inscribed "DAUGHTERS OF THE CINCINNATI", with laurel leaves and arrows in its left and right talons respectively, the bust of George Washington on its chest surrounded by the inscription "SERVATA FIDES CINERI" (Keep the Faith of Ashes), reverse engraved "CAPTAIN ALEXANDER McLELLAN OF MAINE / HARRIET LOUISE LYNCH" and number engraved "448" on the thirteen-pointed star on the eagle's chest, measuring 32 mm (w) x 33.5 mm (h), Gold ring, original ribbon wrapped around its original suspension hanger with pinback, intact enamels, very light contact. 

2. Hereditary Order of Descendants of Colonial Governors: two-piece construction, in 14K Gold with red enamels, weighing 10.2 grams, unmarked, obverse illustrating the conjoined capitals letters "CG" in the center of an eight-pointed star and surmounted by a crown, reverse number engraved "985" above the engraved name "Harriet Louise Lynch" in running script, measuring 32.8 mm (w) x 40.7 mm (h), lightly soiled original ribbon suspended from a hanger engraved "GOV. THOMAS WELLES" with pinback, intact enamels.

The Daughters of the Cincinnati is a not-for-profit society founded in 1894 by women descended from commissioned officers who served under George Washington in the American Revolution’s Continental Armed Forces or in the French Royal Forces. To honor their ancestors’ service and sacrifice, the Society awards academic scholarships to daughters of career commissioned officers in the United States Armed Forces and supports the preservation of American Revolutionary War history through education and patriotic service.

2. The Hereditary Order of Descendants of Colonial Governors (HODCG) is a hereditary society composed of men and women who can prove their descent from a colonial-era governor. Founded in 1896 Miss Mary Cabell Richardson of Covington, Kentucky, the Order's mission is to "commemorate the services of those men who, prior to July 4, 1776, singly exercised supreme executive power in the American colonies and who laid in them the foundations of stable government and of the respect for the civil law and authority which made the maintenance of their future independence possible." The Order is listed as an approved lineage society with the Hereditary Society Community of the United States of America.
