In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
This is perhaps one of the finest second war American Air Force jackets we have had the pleasure of offering. Acquired directly from an estate, and having been archival treated to remove odors from lengthy storage, the jacket has its inspectors tag in interior pocket and is produced by David Stouber, sized 38R, Dated June 12 1944. Nothing has been added nor removed from this jacket and it is extremely well badged. Above left breast pocket is a sterling Glider Pilot's Badge for US Army Airborne Division, 38 mm (w), marked sterling on reverse; Ruptured Duck above right breast pocket; Brass collar discs on each collar; on right sleeve there is a superbly produced, British made Airborne Troop Carrier Bullion Embroidered Patch, in heavy bullion and padded; Army Air Forces Technician (T/5) rank chevron; British made Meritorious Unit Commendation patch; British made engineering specialist patch; on the left sleeve is an outstanding British made 9th Air Force Patch; Army Air Forces Technician (T/5) rank chevron; Four Year Overseas Service Stripes; Single bullion Service Stripe; an excellent example of a storied wartime tunic, very fine.
Accompanied by the jackets original side cap, inspectors tag dated Oct. 28 1940, with Airborne Officers Combined Glider Parachute badge and cap with light blue pipping, very fine.
