A 1915-1962 Naval General Service Medal, in silver, full size, rim officially impressed D/MX 736704 J.W. SLEATH. CK. (S). R.N., replacement ribbon with PALESTINE 1945-48 clasp, notable wear to silver finish and scratches, near very fine.
