In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
A very impressive and finely crafted brooch, constructed of solid 14Kt Gold (tested) as a central panel, with additional upper and lower sections as well as parts containing Diamonds made of silver, (as was a custom during late 19th century). Broach measures 70.3mm (width) x 54.6mm, and weighs 37.4 grams. The central round old European genuine diamond weighs approximately 1.50 carats (JK/I2); with additional approximately 214 rose cut genuine diamonds, weighing approximately 2.5 (total weight) carats; with additional approximately 79 genuine emeralds, 102 rubies (one is missing) and one sapphire; all gems and diamonds are genuine, of average quality and cut of the period (circa 1880).
The brooch is designed in form of Ottoman Trophy of Arms, incorporating traditional Ottoman symbols of power, all hand chiselled and overall of very fine quality manufacture, and appears to be unmarked. Such elaborate pieces were at the time given to loyal subjects by the Sultan for services rendered to the Empire. A very rare and desirable piece of Ottoman history.
