Description

(Royal Patriotic Society Medalj för lång och trogen tjänst). Instituted 1802. In silver, marked "SILVER 1945" on the edge, obverse featuring the left-facing bust of King Gustav V, surrounded by the inscription "GUSTAF V SVERIGES GÖT O VEND KONUNG", reverse name engraved to "JOHAN LORENTZON" and inscribed "AF KONGL PATRIOTISKA SALISKAPET / ÄT FÖR LÄNGVARIG TROGEN TJENST", measuring 41.3 mm (w) x 58.8 mm (h), contact marks, original ribbon, better than very fine.
