In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
A mixed lot of six Slovak Expeditionary Army Group uniform accessories and insignia, including:
1. An overseas cap, constructed of olive drab cotton. It is fully surrounded by side panels, scalloped at the front, trimmed along the edge with a length of black piping. Pinned onto the left side of the crown near the front is a gilded bronze Slovak Army insignia with a black wool backer, measuring 24 mm (w) x 28 mm (h). The interior features a brown leather sweatband measuring 28 mm in width. The former bears an embossed maker’s mark of “JOSEF KLIMA, PRAHA”. It measures approximately 265 mm (l) x 105 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface. Minor material fatigue and soiling are evident to the exterior material and interior sweatband which reflect moderate field use. The cap is in an overall near extremely fine condition.
2. A medic’s armband, constructed of white cotton. The exterior is trimmed along both edges with old bullion wire piping presented in a Russian braid style. It bears a central red wool Geneva Cross measuring 70 mm (w) x 70 mm (h). Each end tapers, with one retaining a bronze buckle with dual attachment claws which meet two analogous holes on the opposite end. The buckle bears a mark of “SOLIDE PARIS”. Measuring 85 mm (w) x 470 mm (l) when placed on a flat surface, the armband demonstrates consistent, moderate soiling, and is in an overall better than very fine condition.
3. A group of two matching sets of Nadporučik (Oberleutnant/Senior Lieutenant) collar tabs, each constructed of black doeskin with card stock cores, trimmed on the exterior with gold bullion wire piping, and pinned with two gilded bronze star pips. One large set of tabs measures 70 mm (w) x 115 mm (l) and one small set measures 58 mm (w) x 92 mm (l). With only minor fatigue evident, the tabs are in an extremely fine condition.
