A signed photograph of former King of Saudi Arabia, Faisal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The photograph is mounted within an off-white cardstock folder, embossed on the exterior with a golden emblem of Saudi Arabia, with a wax paper page to protect the picture, signed at the bottom by the king in blue pen, the photograph measuring 173 mm (w) x 122 mm (l) within the folder measuring 223 mm (w) x 170 mm (l), accompanied by a cardstock greeting card from the Chief of the Cabinet of the King, with rounded tips, measuring 152 mm (w) x 123 mm (l), in overall mint condition. 

Footnote: Faisal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (April 14th 1906 - March 25th, 1975) was a Saudi Arabian statesman and diplomat who served as the King of Saudi Arabia from November 2nd, 1964 until his assassination in 1975.
