Russia, Soviet Union. A Rare Document Portion Signed Joseph Stalin

A rare certificate carefully clipped from a larger award document, constructed of off-white paper stock with multi-coloured ink, featuring the handwritten signature of Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin, flanked by a gilt typewritten name and title in Russian Cyrillic, situated above the handwritten signature of Yakov Chadaev (Minister of Affairs of the Council of Peoples’ Commissars), flanked by a stamped national seal and decorated at the bottom with gilt laurel and oak leaf branches, issued from the Kremlin, measuring 25 cm (w) x15 cm (h), cut to avoid interfering with either the signature of stamp but demonstrating some tearing to the right edge, a desirable signature extracted from an unknown document in near extremely fine condition.
