In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
A large-format mounted studio photograph depicting a group of nine Imperial Russian infantry soldiers wearing khaki gymnastiorka tunics and peaked caps with unit badges, posed with Mosin–Nagant M1891 rifles and bayonets; taken by photographer A.I. Vadimov of Odessa, as indicated by the embossed studio mark at the lower left of the decorative gray mount with gilt border lines and floral corners; typical of the Russo-Japanese War and early pre–First World War period military portraiture, the soldiers arranged in relaxed yet formal fashion with visible details of belts, boots, and tunic insignia; the image printed on early silver-gelatin paper measuring 22.5 cm × 16.5 cm and mounted to its original thick card backing measuring 36 cm × 30 cm, reverse plain; exhibiting light corner wear, minor edge chipping, and gentle age toning consistent with early 20th-century cabinet presentation, otherwise fine and well-preserved condition.
