Description

(Orden ng Gintong Puso). Created by Executive Order on June 21, 1954. In bronze-gilt, the obverse featuring engraved two hands reaching a heart on the centre, along with motto MANUM TUAM APERVIT INOPE, the reverse with engraved Philipine coat of arms, measuring 42.00 mm (w) x 54.48 mm (h - inclusive of the integral ring), suspended by original full-length ribbon, light contact, extremely fine.

The Order of the Golden Heart gives official recognition to Filipino or foreign citizens who have rendered distinguished services or given noteworthy monetary or other material aid, encouragement to the campaign for the amelioration and improvement of the moral, social, and economic conditions of the Philippines.
