Nicaragua. An Order Of Ruben Dari,; Grand Cross With Gold Star, C.1955

Grand Cross: multi-piece construction, silver gilt with blue, white, yellow, red, orange, green and black enamels, 43 mm x 73.5 mm inclusive of its Nicaraguan coat-of-arms suspension, on a full-length original sash; and Breast Star; multi-piece construction, silver gilt with blue, white, yellow, red, orange, green and black enamels, 77 mm x 77.5 mm, vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs, intact enamels, extremely fine. In their hardshelled case of issue, Nicaraguan coat-of-arms on the lid, maker marked "Cejaloo MADRID" on the inside lid, raised platform medal bed and slotted for the Breast Star, latch broken, lid slightly askew, lightly soiled exterior, case fine.
