1. Order of the Rising Sun, VI. Class Breast Badge. Instituted October 4th, 1875. In silver and multi-coloured enamels, consisting of eleven purple enameled Paulownia flowers with three large green enameled leaves at the base, the obverse and reverse sides identical in appearance, on a horizontally pierced ball and swivel ring for suspension from its period original ribbon featuring a hook but missing the loop (ripped away), measuring 30.97 mm (w) x 34.11 mm (l), in case of issue;
2. Order of the Golden Kite, VII. Class Breast Badge, (Kinshi Kunshō). Instituted February 12th, 1890. In silver, the obverse depicting a gilt Kite above crossed ancient shields with two crossed spears and banners, on a horizontally pierced ball and swivel ring for suspension from its period original ribbon featuring a hook and loop on the reverse for secure attachment to a uniform, unmarked, measuring 41.71 mm (w) x 56.95 mm (l), in case of issue;
3. Medal of Honour. Instituted December 7 1881. In silver, a round medal bearing Japanese kanji encircled by a wreath on the obverse, reverse blank, worn on a decorative suspension with clasp indicating the date of conferral, a light blue ribbon with hook and eye on reverse, measures 30 mm, contained in its case of issue, a black lacquer case with dark red silk and velvet interior, very fine as a lot.
