An extremely well executed and manufactured cross, of higher quality than most of this type, a cross pattée in gilded silver, with white-enamelled arms, with a green-enamelled wreath of laurel leaves between the arms, the obverse centre medallion in Gold, presenting a Gold eagle bearing a white and red enamelled coat of arms, over a field of blue enamel, the reverse centre also in Gold presents a Gold fasces over a field of blue enamel, measuring 36.21 mm (w) x 38.89mm (h), with only very minor enamel contact from wear, remains better than extremely fine.
