It is constructed of a heavy card stock binding and retains a glossed paper stock dust jackets. Both the front and reverse of the exterior bear full-colour images of various military personnel and decorations. The interior content consists of 160 paper stock pages bearing an array of full-colour illustrations and photographs of uniforms, insignia, and decorations of most nations involved in both the First and Second World Wars. It is supplemented by brief expositions and factual information throughout. The book was published in 1973 by BPC Publishing Ltd. It measures 230 mm (w) x 305 mm (h). Some material fatigue is evident to the dust jacket, but the book is in an overall better than very fine condition.
