A very well-preserved edition of “Badges and Insignia of World War II: Air Force, Naval, and Marine”, by Guido Rosignoli. It is constructed of a heavy card stock binding and retains its original glossed paper stock dust jacket. The exterior of the cover pages bears an array of full-coloured illustrations of various uniform insignia, circumscribed by author and title, while the reverse similarly bears a number of illustrated insignia. The interior content consists of 363 white paper pages of information, supplemented by 70 full-coloured illustrated plates of insignia, also drawn by Rosingoli. It was published in 1980 by Peerage Books of London, United Kingdom. The book measures 148 mm (w) x 214 mm (h). Some tearing and material fatigue is evident to the dust jacket, but the book is in an overall near extremely fine condition.
