Hungary, Kingdom. An Air Force Officer's Parade Visor, by Gersey Josef

Assembled post war and manufactured in a black wool, classic high peak, black silk band around its circumference as well as ornate gilt ribbon, braided chincord held in place by two Royal Hungarian Air Force buttons, centre presenting air force insignia, with touches of deep red and green embroidery in the base of the crown, interlaced with deep red threading and giving definition to the eagle's eye, mouth and feet, on a black wool base, visor in black vulcan fibre and affixed to cap with heavy stitching, interior with a circumference of 54cm (Size 7), and with manufacturer's label remaining in place, sweat band in thin brown leather, overall exhibiting some exterior mothing, remains very fine.
