(Wehrmacht Insignien). A mixed lot of Wehrmacht uniform insignia, including:
1. A Heer EM/NCO’s visor cap eagle, constructed of aluminum, the reverse maker marked with the logo of Friedrich Linden, Lüdenscheid, with a manufacture date of “38”, measuring 68 mm (w) x 26 mm (h), demonstrating the loss of all attachment prongs and some of the silver finish, in very fine condition.
2. A Heer Gebirgsjäger cap insignia, constructed of magnetic metal, perforated with five holes for sew-on attachment, the reverse maker marked with the logo of Gustav Brehmer, Markneukirchen, with a manufacture date of “41”, measuring 40 mm (w) x 58 mm (l), demonstrating some loss of finish, in very fine condition.
3. A Heer Officer’s summer tunic breast eagle, constructed of silvered tombak, the reverse with a barrel hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a flat wire catch emanating from a circular base, with a stabilizer emerging from the wreath, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
4. A Kriegsmarine EM/NCO’s cap eagle, constructed of zink, unmarked, measuring 54 mm (w) x 22 mm (h), missing its attachment prong, in fair condition.
