Germany, Wehrmacht. A Lot of Eastern Volunteer Sleeve Insignia

(Wehrmacht Ärmelabzeichen für Ost-Freiwillige). A mixed lot of Wehrmacht eastern volunteer sleeve insignia, including:

1. A Russian Liberation Army insignia, constructed of a white cotton/rayon blend, the obverse bearing a printed and multi-coloured unit emblem, unmarked, measuring 72 mm (w) x 76 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition.

2. A Turkestan Legion insignia, first pattern, constructed of a white cotton/rayon blend, the obverse bearing a printed and multi-coloured unit emblem, unmarked, measuring 75 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), demonstrating minor soiling, in unissued and near extremely fine condition.

3. A Volga-Tatar Legion insignia, constructed of a white cotton/rayon blend, the obverse bearing a printed and multi-coloured unit emblem, unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 70 mm (h), demonstrating minor soiling, in unissued and near extremely fine condition.

4. An Azerbaijani Legion insignia, constructed of field-grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered and multi-coloured unit emblem executed in BeVo style, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), the obverse bearing the remnants of an adhesive to the lower corners consistent with previous display, an early-war example in unissued and extremely fine condition.

5. A second Azerbaijani Legion insignia, constructed of a white cotton/rayon blend, the obverse bearing a printed and multi-coloured unit emblem, unmarked, measuring 75 mm (w) x 80 mm (h), demonstrating minor fading consistent with poor application of the emblem, a late-war example in unissued and near extremely fine condition.
