Softcover, entitled "Detecting the Fakes: A Collector's Guide to Third Reich Militaria" by Robin Lumsden, copyrighted by the author in 1989, published by Ian Allan Publishing of Hersham, Surrey, England, first published in 1989, reprinted in 1992 and 2000, this impression created in 2003, printed by Ian Allan Printing Limited, ISBN 0 7110 2670 X. The book documents how to distinguish between authentic items and bogus ones through the use of detailed text and photographs, for cloth, metal and paper based items, along with their associated cases and packaging. It begins with a Table of Contents, followed by an Introduction. The book is divided into six sections: 1.
