(Biographien). A pair of biographies by the noted and controversial historical writer David Irving, including:
1. A 1990 edition of “H’s War”, constructed of a card stock binding with 794 paginated interior pages, consisting of the first US-issued paperback edition condensing three volumes of Irving’s work examining the Second World War throughout the mindset of the Führer, including “The War Path: H’s Germany 1933-1939”, “H’s War 1939-1942”, and “H’s War 1942-1945”, published by Avon Books of New York (a division of The Hearst Corporation), measuring 13.5 cm (w) x 20.5 cm (h), demonstrating minor discolouration and fatigue to the edges of the binding and pages, an infamous publication which remains in near extremely fine condition.
2. A 1996 edition of “Goebbels: Mastermind of the Third Reich”, constructed of a pressed card stock binding with 722 paginated interior pages and retaining its original dust jacket, consisting of Irving’s examining of Joseph Goebbels’ life and career rooted in the approximately 80,000 pages of the latter’s diaries discovered in Russian archives, featuring Goebbels’ primary expositions on key events in the rise and fall of the Third Reich, supplemented by numerous photographs in both colour and black-and-white, published by Focal Point Publications, London, and printed by Butler and Tanner Ltd., measuring 16.5 cm (w) x 24 cm (h), notable accompanied by a 4 July 1992 newspaper excerpt detailing Russia’s response to Irving’s ulterior motives, demonstrating minor fatigue to the dust jacket, in extremely fine condition.
