Germany, Third Reich. A Mixed Lot of Uniform Insignia

(Insignien). A mixed lot of uniform insignia, including:

1. A Luftwaffe EM/NCO’s visor cap eagle, constructed of aluminum, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 68 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in near mint condition.

2. A Heer EM/NCO’s visor cap cockade, constructed of aluminum with a red wool centrepiece, the reverse retaining all original attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 64 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in near mint condition.

3. A Schutzpolizei sleeve insignia, constructed of a police-green wool backer, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered green Ordnungspolizei insignia in the form of an oval oak leaf wreath overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 75 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), demonstrating minor mothing to the reverse, in extremely fine condition.
