A War Merit Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms and a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing an inscription of “FÜR KRIEGSVERDIENST 1939” (“FOR WAR MERIT 1939”), unmarked, measuring 32.38 mm in diameter, weighing 14.0 grams, in mint condition.
2. An Eastern Front Medal, constructed of silvered and toned zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a swastika, the reverse bearing an inscription of “WINTERSCHLACHT IM OSTEN 1941/42” (“WINTER BATTLE IN THE EAST 1941/42”), above a crossed sword and laurel branch, topped by a Stahlhelm and stick grenade, the suspension maker marked with Präsidialkanzlei code “60” forKatz & Deyhle, Pforzheim, measuring 36.31 mm (w) x 44.40 mm (h), weighing 20.5 grams, in very fine condition.
3. An Italian-German African Campaign Medal, constructed of bronzed zink, on loop for suspension from its period original German-made ribbon, the obverse bearing two gladiators (symbolizing Italy and Germany) grappling with a crocodile (symbolizing Great Britain), the reverse bearing a raised depiction of the Arco dei Fileni, flanked by a fasces and swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “ITALIAN-GERMAN CAMPAIGN IN AFRICA” in both Italian and German, the obverse engraver marked “DE MARCHIS” and maker marked “LORILO, MILANO”, measuring 31.56 mm in diameter, weighing 16.9 grams, a Type 5 medal produced by Rudolf Souval, Vienna, in better than very fine condition.
4. A Civil Service 25-Year Faithful Service Award, constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with pebbled arms joined through the quadrants by a circular oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a black enameled swastika, the reverse bearing an inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE”), unmarked, measuring 42.47 mm (w) x 46.94 mm (h), weighing 22.9 grams, in near mint condition.
5. An Honour Cross of the German Mother, Bronze Grade, constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Latin Cross with its arms joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms, bearing a central white enameled disc overlaid by a black swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse bearing an etched institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a signature of the Führer, unmarked, measuring 34.87 mm (w) x 45.38 mm (h), weighing 12.9 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
6. A Spanish Medal for the Campaign of 1936-1939, constructed of gilded and toned bronze,on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with classic Spanish-style bar and pinback, unmarked, measuring 36/47 mm in diameter, weighing 18.2 grams, in extremely fine condition.
