Germany, Third Reich. A Mixed Lot Of Armbands

(Armbänder). A mixed lot of three armbands, including:

1 An NSDAP member’s armband, constructed of red wool, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc overlaid by a machine-embroidered black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 20 cm (w) x 9.5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating moderate soiling and material fatigue, in better than very fine condition.

2. An HJ member’s armband, constructed of red cotton, bisected by a central white tresse, bearing a white cotton diamond overlaid by a machine-embroidered black mobile swasika, unmarked, measuring 21 cm (w) x 11 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, in extremely fine condition.

3. A Sturmabteilung (SA) Wehrmannschaft armband, constructed of red cotton, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc overlaid by a golden-brown mobile swastika set within a circular oak leaf wreath and topped by a sword, the interior retaining a partially-intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label, measuring 22 cm (w) x 10.5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, in extremely fine condition.
