Germany, Third Reich. A Lot of National Flags

(Flaggen). A lot of Third Reich-period national flags, including:

1. A large flag, constructed of a red cotton/rayon cloth base, overlaid by double-sided white cotton/rayon close discs measuring 92 cm in diameter which sit slightly off-centre toward the hoist edge in classic national flag format, in turn bearing black mobile swastikas, the hoist edge reinforced with machine stitching and retaining four functional metal spring clips for suspension, unmarked, measuring 250 cm (l) x 125 cm (h), demonstrating soiling and fading throughout the base material, in addition to minor material fatigue of the cloth and oxidation to the clips, all consistent with age and period display, in very fine condition.

2. A group of three small flags, each constructed of a red cotton/rayon cloth base, overlaid by central whited dyed discs measuring 24.5 cm in diameter, in turn bearing dyed black mobile swastikas, and featuring hollow channels at the hoist edges for suspension, all unmarked and measuring 48 cm (l) x 36 cm (h), all demonstrating moderate soiling and material fatigue, in overall very fine condition.
