(Schießabzeichen und -medaillen). A lot of marksmanship badges and medals, with examples of Third Reich, Weimar Republic, and Federal Republic issue, including:
1. A 1944 Tyrolean Marksmanship Gau Achievement Badge for Pistol Shooting, constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf executed in green paint, surrounding a raised Tyrol-style German national eagle highlighted in red paint, clutching a bullseye target defaced by a mobile swastika, in turn circumscribed by a date of “1944” and inscription of “PISTOLE”, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 50 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
2. A 1955 Starnberg marksmanship competition commemorative badge, constructed of silvered brass, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 34 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
3. A Weimar-era Württemberg Warriors Association marksmanship medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension, unmarked, measuring 40 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition,.
4. Accompanied by an 1899 Bicycle Club membership badge, constructed of silvered bronze, vertical pinback, with dual suspension loops for optional wear the reverse bearing a partially-legible Mannheim maker’s mark, measuring 40 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
