1. A Bronze Grade award, constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of Latin Cross, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, overlaid by a central white enameled medallion bearing a black swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse bearing an etched institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a signature of the Führer, unmarked, measuring 36 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), accompanied by its issue package, constructed of beige paper stock, maker marked “KARL WURSTER, MARKNEUKIRCHEN”, measuring 10.5 cm (w) x 13 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.
2. A Silver Grade award, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of Latin Cross, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, overlaid by a central white enameled medallion bearing a black swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse bearing an etched institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a signature of the Führer, unmarked, measuring 36 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), accompanied by its issue package, constructed of blue paper stock, maker marked “CARL FORSTER & GRAF, SCHW. GMÜND”, measuring 10.5 cm (w) x 13 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.

A Gold Grade award, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of Latin Cross, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, overlaid by a central white enameled medallion bearing a black swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse bearing an etched institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a signature of the Führer, unmarked, measuring 36 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), accompanied by its original presentation case, constructed of a rigid card stock frame with a faux dark blue leather liner, the lid bearing a gilt depiction of the award, the interior with a white rayon lid liner and intact hinge cover, the former marked marked “A.
