(Verleihungsurkunden). An award document group to a Finnish recipient for meritorious contributions to the Axis war effort on the Eastern Front, including:
1. One for an Order of the German Eagle, Merit Cross III Grade (V Class Cross from 1943 onward) with Swords, constructed of white paper stock, named to “HERRN OSWALD LEMSTRÖM”, who held a position in Military Administration, issued in Berlin on 21 October 1942 and certified by the facsimile signature of the Führer and handwritten signature of Otto Meissner, measuring 24 cm (w) x 35 cm (h), accompanied by the statutes of the order executed in a card stock binding with non-paginated interior pages, both concealed within their original card stock folio with a gilt NSDAP-style German national eagle decoration the cover, in extremely fine condition.
2. One for a Finnish Medal of Freedom, I Class, named “OSVALD ENGELBERT LEMSTRÖM” in his capacity as an Officer, dated 1944 and certified by the facsimile signature of Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim, measuring 26 cm (w) x 37 cm (h), demonstrating some discolouration and fatigue to the edges, in very fine condition.
