Constructed of off-white paper with multi-coloured ink, consisting of a form document with stamped and typewritten entries, named to Dr. Anton Hartmann, who was born on 7 December 1900 in Klessheim (Salzburg region), received a doctorate on 12 March 1932, and who held a variety of administrative positions with the Vienna Police (with military service from 15 May 1939 until 10 July 1939 as part of Infanterie-Regiment 134), approved and certified in June 1943 with the handwritten signature of Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler, measuring 42 cm (w) x 30 cm (h), demonstrating minor creasing, in extremely fine condition.
