(Waffen-SS Zeltbahn in Beringtes Eichenlaubmuster). An extremely well-preserved Waffen-SS reversible Zeltbahn (poncho/one-man shelter), constructed of a weather-hardened cotton duck cloth, with one side dyed in a classic Oak Leaf B spring pattern camouflage with a mottle consisting of an irregular light and dark green splotches presented on an olive-drab base, the other dyed in an autumn pattern with a mottle consistent of light and dark brown splotches presented on a grey-brown base, with large perforations set into all three corners featuring zink grommets for the insertion of stakes for use as a shelter, in addition to an array of zink buttons and buttonholes with a central reinforced neck hole for wear as a poncho during inclement weather in the field, unmarked, measuring 110 cm (w) x 125 cm (l), demonstrating no notable damage or wear, a seemingly unissued example of Waffen-SS camouflage field gear in extremely fine condition.
