Description

(NSDAP Insignien). A mixed lot of NSDAP insignia, including:

1. A visor cap eagle, constructed of gilded aluminum, the reverse retaining all three attachment prongs, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/44” for C. Dinsel, Berlin, measuring 68 mm (w) x 34 mm (h), in near mint condition.

2. A visor cap cockade, constructed of a silvered alloy with enamels, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, marked with an RZM logo and maker code “8” for Ferdinand Wagner, Pforzheim, measuring 24 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.

3. An NSDAP membership badge, small version, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 19 mm in diameter, demonstrating flecking and loss of finish to the enamel and base metal, respectively, in very fine condition.
