Germany, Kriegsmarine. A Mint Officer’s Dagger Belt and Buckle

A Kriegsmarine Officer’s dagger belt and buckle, constructed of a dark navy blue doeskin base featuring a rigid core and topped by a layer of black rayon, affixed with two gilded medallions bearing raised lion heads and featuring loops for the accommodation of dagger hanger clips, the opposite end featuring a hidden blackened leather strap perforated with five sets of dual eyelets for an adjustable fit, retaining a gilded bronze loop with dual attachment claws, unmarked, measuring 3.5 cm (w) x 110 cm (l), in near mint condition; the latter directed attached to the belt at the loop end, constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, surrounding a central raised and fouled anchor situated on a ribbed field, the reverse with a clip and loop, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in near mint condition.
