A matching set of shoulder boards for a Rittmeister who served with Ulanen-Regiment Großherzog Friedrich von Baden Nr. 7, each constructed of red wool with a rigid core, trimmed with golden yellow piping, bearing two bands of braided silver aluminum wire piping interspersed with black threaded chevrons, and pinned with gilded numerals “7” flanked by dual pips, both unmarked and measuring 50 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), demonstrating minor soiling and material fatigue consistent with age and field wear, a scarce unit-attributed sent in uniform-removed and extremely fine condition.
