(Abzeichen und Auszeichnungen). A mixed lot of badges and awards, including:

1. A Baden Honour Badge for 25 Years of Fire Brigade Service, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured machine embroidery, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.

2. A Baden War Merit Cross, constructed of gilded and silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 38 mm (w) x 38 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.

3. A Herzoglicher Golf-Club Oberhof founding member’s badge, constructed of partially-gilded silver with multi-coloured enamels, the reverse with a boutonniere-style attachment apparatus, maker marked “J.H. WERNER” for the prolific Berlin-based decoration manufacturer, above a silver content number of “800”, in turn flanked by a crown and crescent moon indicating German manufacture, measuring 20 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), weighing 11.3 grams, in extremely fine condition.

4. A Hesse veteran’s association membership badge, constructed of gilded bronze, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), demonstrating repair or replacement of the pinback, in very fine condition.

5. A Husaren-Regiment Nr. 13 veteran’s association badge, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, vertical pinback, the reverse maker marked “A. SCHWERDT, STUTTGART” for the firm of Adolf Schwerdt, Stuttgart, measuring 48 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
